STANDARD SHIPPING FOR LOCAL AND DOMESTIC ORDERS - PLEASE ALLOW 3 - 5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED.
PRE-ORDER
SPECIFIED PRE-ORDER ITEMS - PLEASE ALLOW 6 - 8 WEEKS FOR FULFILLMENT. ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL CONTAINING YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 2 WEEKS AND TAKE UP TO 12 BUSINESS DAYS FOLLOWING ORDER PROCESSING FOR DELIVERY THROUGH LOCAL POST.
AM I ABLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER? Shipping addresses can not be changed once your order is submitted. We will only ship to the address that was entered during checkout.
DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN ITEMS
THE HMDD TEAM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR WAREHOUSE AND ARE IN THE HANDS OF THE PARCEL SERVICE. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITH THE RESPECTIVE PARCEL SERVICE THAT IS DELIVERING YOUR PACKAGE.
